At Sterke we constantly have between 15 and 20 apprentices
At Sterke we are approved to train Industrial Technicians, Blacksmiths, Assembly Operators, Technical Designers and Office Apprentices, so we have a wide range.
Our apprentices “are part of the team” from day 1 and every apprentice is part of a team of skilledand educated employees. When you have completed your apprenticeship at Sterke, we can usually offer you a permanent job afterwards.
We have an apprentice committee that works on developing methods and training for our apprentices, and we hold several joint meetings for apprentices annually, as we also support joint leisure activities for our apprentices.
As motivation and to reward the extra effort, we also have a Motivation and Talent Program for apprentices at Sterke. Keep an eye out for posted student/apprentice positions here on the website and at Lærepladsen.dk
