In this way, we actively focus on minimizing the occurrence of illness at work, both in the short and long term. We particularly uphold this work through our ISO 45001 standard and the annual audits that are held with us.
Our employees are our most important resource, and therefore we also aim to ensure a good working environment. Every 3 years, we have the mandatory WEA (Work Environment Assessment) conducted, while safety rounds are held monthly in all departments. In addition, there is a quarterly meeting in our safety committee, where representatives from all departments across the entire group meet. The focus of the meetings in the safety committee is on selected topics, which can lead to concrete actions aimed at increasing safety and reducing the number of work accidents.
Our ISO 14001 standard helps ensure that we continually focus on working with environmental improvements and green transition. For example, it is through this work that we decide which initiatives to launch, which has led to better waste sorting and energy-saving measures. It is an area of constant development, and we work purposefully to meet the latest requirements in the field.
